The first step is to schedule a Discovery Call. This call is to get to know your company and your goals. After the Discovery Process is complete - and if we find we are a good fit, we will follow up with a proposal and next steps.

A LITTLE ABOUT ME
My background started in the hospitality industry on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. I got my first job in the summer of 1999 at a brand new, family-owned beach front hotel. This first job formed my work ethic and showed me the excitement of working for a small, growing business. Through my professional journey I have had the privilege of growing with small businesses experiencing transitional growth; from Hotel Front Desk Agent to Chief Operating Officer out of St. Charles, MO. Because of this unique background, I am able to provide more insight and thought than just a bookkeeper recording transactions – that can be automated!
As Chief Operating Officer, I focused on balancing all the aspects of employee relations and development, data analysis, sales goals, and ongoing process improvement. All while managing all aspects of the Accounting Department. My focus was always to maintain high quality standards and bottom-line improvements.
